Not sure when they started carrying these, but a new item at IKEA are these metal trays in 11 ¾x7 ¾" or 15 ¾x11 ¾" sizes.
Picked up a couple of each, haven't used yet but it's pretty heavy metal. Don't see it bending if carrying one-handed unless you've got a 20# turnkey on there or similar.
The smaller nest into the bigger which is also nice, and has a high edge to keep liquids sloshing off. Says safe for dishwasher, but probably should handwash.
