So I've been reading a lot about a different twist on doing wings. 0-400. Where you fire up your pellet grill, as soon as it lights off you stick the seasoned wings in the grill and set it to 400. Apparently they get some good smoke and then a good "crisp". IDK if anyone here has done it but in for a penny in for a pound
 
Also doing something I almost never do. Enjoying a rare midweek cocktail. A light one. Small shot of Kirkland 12 Yo Scotch and lots of small cubed ice from my Samsung fridge icemaker with some home carbonated sparkling water. So so nice. Quiet evening warm, grill is in cooldown generating a bit more smoke on the wings. La Vide Dolce. I can go outside on the deck in stocking feet, sit and relax. Did I mention how much I truly despise winter? I know it's gettin' closer
