Gingered Pork Chops

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1 TB. fresh parsley, minced
1 TB. minced ginger root
1 TB. seasoned bread crumbs
2 boneless pork loin chops
1/2 tsp. lime juice

In a medium shallow baking dish, combine all except chops and lime juice, mixing well. Lay chops in marinade, spooning half the mixture on

Sounds good, I haven’t done pork chops in years!

 How disappointing. It wasn't DH's cooking or the ingredients on the chops, it was just very poor chops.
