Not sure, just yet, what I will use this on, but I do love my GINGER
Ginger-Butter Sauce
1/4 cup finely minced fresh ginger
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup white wine
3 TB. melted unsalted butter
2 TB. oyster sauce
1 TB. dark sesame oil
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
