Genesis Silver A - unstable cart

I recently got this nice little Silver A. I was expecting to have to do a full tear down and restore on it, but all it required was a good cleaning. The igniter even works. Not bad for $40.

The only problem with it is that the cart is pretty unstable. I tightened up the bolts, which helped, but it is still quite wobbly side to side. I definitely can't hang my tank as was intended, as that causes the cart to lean to that side 10 degrees or more.

It seems like a design flaw to some extent. Have any of you found a good and easy was to add some stability to these style carts. I know I could take it to my welder and permanently solve the problem. If I did that though, I'd want to go ahead and refinish the whole cart. I'd rather save that step until I have time to rehab the whole grill.

Thanks, Shannon
