Genesis LXII S-240 NG discontinued?

I'm looking to replace my circa 2013 Spirit S-210 which is still running great but I've refurbished it once and it lives a tough life on our beach house deck year round. I'm looking at a new Genesis LXII S-240. A store is selling them locally for under $600 brand new. They are at least $800 everywhere else where available. It does not appear anywhere on Weber's website nor is it available from any of the big box retailers, although it seems some Ace stores can get them.
I believe Weber has discontinued it entirely. I figure parts availability should be the same as any other Weber.

Any input or feedback on this model appreciated.
