Genesis E-330 vs Spirit E-330

I'm in the market for a new gas grill to use on our balcony. The balcony is a little over 100 ft (13 ft by 8 ft), so it's not very big. Not sure whether I should get the Genesis or the Spirit. When I checked them out in person, it looks like the cooking area on the Genesis is only slightly bigger than the Spirit, but the Genesis "feels" more high quality.

Our local big box store has the Spirit E-330 for $600 and the Genesis E-330 for $900. I'm looking at the E-330 model because of the sear burner and side burner. I regularly cook for 5 people and 2 leftover portions for lunch, so 7 portions in total. Let me know what you think.

Don't believe I've ever seen Weber grill at my local Costco. There is also no Weber grill on Costco website. $1k looks like a good deal for that S-345. The cover itself will probably cost $75, and the iGrill 3 probably $100. Stainless steel probably $150. We are not to far from North Plainfield NJ

I would call other Costcos in your area. The item number is 1318214 I believe and maybe in store only.
