New WSM 22" out of the box and trial run with 17# turkey and just added 6# brisket.
A first with Weber but past 30yrs two Cajin Cookers have served well, although don't
seem as well built. Both are 16", looking and functioning much the same as WSM.
Past 25+ Thanksgivings have smoked four stuffed (2-fresh oyster & 2-chorizo) with
two birds in each smoker.
So, wha da ya think about four 20#'ers in the WSM 22"??? Looks like plenty of room,
but concerned over the 'mass'.
