Fuel Placement on the WSM with a Stoker

Hi All,

I watched Rocks' video about building a cone in the centre of a WSM to prevent edge fires. My 2010 18" WSM pan is quite close to the fuel even when the briqs/lump are flat even with the top of the ring. Am I missing something as to how to build this cone? I'm looking for the best placement for a long burn (overnighter). On a recent 5hr rib cook I did notice that the blower fuel was depleted more than the surrounding fuel.

Thanks,

JDH
