Thanks everyone. Favorite cut of pork to eat would probably be tenderloin cooked to about 135-140F (not my favorite when someone takes it up to 165). Tenderloin is only in the lead for me because I haven't had it for a while. Favorite to cook is a Boston Butt, its just so forgiving and when you tell people that you cooked it for 10-16 hours they seem to take their time and enjoy it more. Meat that I am working on are ribs. Most of the time my ribs turn out acceptable (good texture and flavor) but I feel like there is still something more that I can get out of them.
