Friday Night cooking (or freezing?) 4/28/12

I've been making chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, peach etc ice cream since I was about 14. Today I decided to add another ice cream recipe to my list of goodness and I made Mexican Chocolate Ice Cream! Here are the pictures...

For anyone who hasn'tseen what is inside of a ice crean freezer..

I put the freezer in my crawfish pot to keep the salt water brine from getting everywhere.

I'll take a bowl Michael! I guess it will just be the two of us. Probably because it's freezing at everyone else's house.

You don't mess around when you make ice cream! That's awesome. And this is grill-related since I saw kettle legs in one of the pics.

haha! The spice rack you see holds the spices I use most often. Your head would spin if you saw the cabinet holding the rest of my spices...
