Yep, steam fresh ears of corn. Replace the usual butter with that wonderful elixer: Garlic infused Olive Oil. That's right do not butter your ear of corn...olive oil it-gotta have garlic oil.
Just tried a great grilled corn recipe from Mario Batali's new book.
1. Grill corn (shucked)
2. Roll corn in olive oil and balsamic
3. Roll corn in grated parmigano
4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint and red pepper flakes.
