These are really good, albeit weak shots
Start with a shot glass and fill it 2/3's full with Buttershots Schnapps, then float Bailey's Irish Cream on top, leaving a bit of room at the top. Top off by floating Yukon Jack on the very top. Use the back of a spoon with the tip pressed against the edge of the shot glass to layer this. Make sure not to spill any.
Light'er up! Use a wooden match to set the YJ on fire. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top from about 8" above the shot glass. The cinnamon will burn like little embers. Makes for quite a show.
Blow out the flames, and throw her back. Tastes just like french toast.
If you have a surface that won't burn and want to put on a real show...line up all the shot glasses with the Butterschots and Bailey's already poured. Then just make a straight line over all of them with the Yukon and continue across your non-flamable surface as far as you'd like. Light up the surface and watch the flames go right down the line, lighting all the glasses.
Enjoy!
