Can anybody tell me how to tell the age of an older Forschner knife? I have a large Cimeter that was my wife's Grandmothers and Step-grandfathers when they owned a smal grocery that had a butcher shop. I believe it would be from the late 50's or early 60's. I can see a stamp on the wood handle that says 463 10. Is this April 10th, 1963? Thanks for any help.
