Well, DH agrees!!!!Been finding it hard to come up with breakfast ideas. So, was very happy to see this idea.
Double Chocolate Pancake Mix
Whisk 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 TB. sugar, 1 TB. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir in 1/2 cup mini
chocolate chips.
Empty the mix into a bowl and whisk in 1 1/4 cups milk, 4 TB. melted butter, 2 eggs and a dash of vanilla. Cook in a hot buttered
skillet until golden.
