Thought this would go good with tomorrow's (3-9-22) Nat'l Crab Meat Day.

Florida Slaw

1/3 cup mayonnaise
3 TB. sour cream
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
2 TB. rice wine vinegar
salt
freshly ground pepper
1/2 green cabbage, cored and shredded ( 5 to 6 cups)
1/2 of a red, green and yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 jalapeno, minced
1 ripe mango, diced
2 star fruits, sliced
2 carrots, cut in strips
1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves

1. For dressing: Whisk together mayo thru salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Combine rest of ingredients. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and toss.
Serves 8
