Got it together at the Lake and seasoned yesterday. So last night, for its maiden grill assignment, grilled asparagus and red potatoes, with reverse seared buttered ribeye.
Not to shaby, need a little adjusting with the use of the IR side sear station, but all in, I ate pretty dang good Fer being in the boonies!



It was a tad more medium than I try for but for the first time out using the grill or an inferred burner, it did what it was supposed to, effortless sear, and juicy med rare,



Life just got a little easier in the wild!
