I just got into the game thanks to Jas E. Tonight, I have 2 bone in shoulders going on. I'm smoking on my GoodOne Open Range vertical offset smoker modified to accept the fan, and this is the maiden voyage aside from a trial burn last weekend. I'll post some pictures later this evening.
