Did my first pizza on my Weber gas last night. Surprised as to how easy it was to do. Rolled out the dough and put it on the grates for 2 minutes (grill thermometer read around 575). I had meant to do left half of grill on full for direct and right half off for indirect, but got talking and forgot to turn the right half off until I put the crust with the toppings on the second time. With the toppings on, I left it on the grates for 4 minutes. Perfect. Simple and will do it again easily.
