So many new things. New state, new pellet smoker, and the most beautiful beef ribs ever! I was so excited to see these in the case I had to give them a go. Came out fantastic. Salt pepper garlic for 3 hours at 225, wrapped for 1.5 more til tender. Beef ribs and hurricanes.
