First competition with two 18.5. WSM

Hi everyone,

We are doing our first competition in June and will be doing all 4 categories with two bullets. Anyone have any suggestions to make this work?
 
WSM 1

Brisket and butts overnight, plan to remove ~9AM and foil in cooler

Chicken 9AM-12PM

WSM 2

Ribs 6AM-12PM

Obviously your timing may differ but this is doable. We usually compete with two WSM for competition food and 1 WSM for vending.
 
Brian, you can definitely pull off a competition with just two WSMs but, as Dave pointed out in his post, have a plan/time line of your cook mapped out so that you can hit all your marks.
