Great meal Rolf! I spotted the (obvious) rotisserie, thermometer, and the sweet vent handle. Can you tell me more about that? I've been thinking of swapping out my kettle vent for a WSM vent with a stopper.

John we've only used it on chicken and I would say yes. We talked about doing a turkey but to tell you the truth, the turkey turns out perfect without the rotisserie. We have yet to try a tenderloin but that's on the list.
