Fattys!

My family and I have taken a liking to chop meat fattys. Chop meat with dried onions and Worcestershire sauce, American cheese, wrapped in a bacon weave. Done on my kettle. We serve it on Chiabata bread. Kind of like a bacon cheeseburger. Really good!
