Entire frame flaking after painting?

After weeks of planning and prepping, I finally got my entire frame sanded, and painted. I sanded, cleaned and sprayed the Eastwood stuff in the inside of the frame and the outside then spraying the regular grill paint. After a few days of letting it dry, I am noticing the paint starting to flake off. Does this mean I have to sand and start over. I thought the Eastwood make for a decent primer but it is easily crumbling and flaking off. I’m not sure what I should do at this point

I've never used Eastwood before but it's supposed to be ok to paint over. Obviously something went wrong if your paint is flaking off. I guess I would start sanding the frame down and start from scratch.
