Dust in Spray Paint?

Ugh, I ran into my first mess up on this project. Was spraying the exterior of the lid end caps, had to run inside for one of the kids, came back a minute later and my tarp had blown on the part I was working on.

Anything I can do to remedy these little specs in the finish? Or did I do something else wrong? Thanks!

Follow the second coat timeline. Scuff lightly and give it a second coat
