Durawood or Wood slat Stainless Steel Screws?

I just ordered these to remount my Durawood.
Is this what you all usually use.
Any issues taking the old ones off and putting new ones in the same holes?

100 Qty #8 x 1/2" Truss Head 304 Stainless Philips Head Wood Screws.

I used 8 x 1/2" Stainless Truss on my last restore with Durawood. I have also used 8 x 5/8" Stainless Truss on Wood slats. No issues on either using the old hole.

One tip....mark where each board goes beforehand. Makes the job so much easier.
