Dry Aged Filet Ideas?

Tomorrow is our first anniversary, and I picked up a pair of dry aged beef filets for dinner. Any cooking suggestions? I was thinking of just simple flavors to get the most flavor of the meat, like some of the pink Hawaiian sea salt (can't think of the name) and pepper.

We're having grilled corn for a side, but I'm definitely open to suggestions for others. Thanks!

Aloha Jon...The pinkish colored Hawaiian sea salt is called ALAE. I grilled 20 pounds if boneless/skinless chicken thighs and 25 lbs of flank steak for a PTSD benefit last night and the only seasonings were alae and fresh ground pepper... It was a hit.

Did some beef tenderloin yesterday for our 9 year "together" anniversary.

Simple spices black pepper/salt and fresh thyme, and a herb butter of thyme, garlic ontop.

A good pice of meat.
