Doll's Rub

In honor of my father in law and one of the best friends a person could have.

Doll's Rub

1/4 c sugar
1/3 c kosher salt
1/3 c onion granulated
1/3 c gran. garlic
1/4 c black pepper
1 ancho pepper roasted
2 guajillo peppers roasted
1 T alleppo
2 t fennel seed
2 t cumin seed
2 t celery seed
1 t bay (about three leaves)
1 t cinnamon
1 t allspice

Rita, just tried it on Pork Tenderloins tonight. It just melded right in. I was distracted with stuff going on but the good news is the rub did not become front and center, in fact I forgot I was using a new one. It worked it's magic quietly. I kind of like that.
