I recently purchased a new controller for my pellet smoker. When I tested it , it just didn't seem to perform quite as well as the older model. I purchased another controller just to see if it would perform any better and much to my delite, it worked great.
I was told that there would be no variation from unit to unit, but I found that not to be the case. That leads me to wonder if that is also the case with Stokers and Gurus? If I had 2 Gurus or 2 Stokers,would each like unit perform exactly the same?
I know theoretically they should, but would they really?
