Dijon Pork Thick Sauce

Dijon Pork Thick Sauce

One head of roasted garlic mashed
2 Tablespoons country style Dijon Mustard (Temeraire brand)
1 1/2 teaspoons molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons honey
1/2 smoked dried pepper
1-2 Tablespoons of vinegar
salt and pepper

Combine and mix with a fork. Serve over pork tenderloin or pork loin.

This was made on the fly...a nice compliment to the pork.
