DigiQ Mounting ?

I recently received a DigiQ DX2 (w/ Pit Viper blower) and intend to mount the draft inducer on the WSM without using the existing vent holes. Can anyone show me or describe the best location for permanent (custom) mounting? Should it be above or below the charcoal grate? I have a 2008 model WSM. Thanks

Hi Todd - I'm sure others will comment.

No photo but to put in the the simplest terms - just make a mounting hole in alignment/same level as one of the holes from the existing factory vents and you will be fine. Basically use them as your guide.

So yes - below the fuel grate level.
