Damper/Fan Question

I recently finished my Heatermeter build and am looking for a damper/fan unit. Had planned to use SteveCK's MicroDamper but he has been out of stock for awhile now. I don't have a 3D printer and searching locally to get it printed seems prohibitively expensive, (almost $40 to print the 3 parts of the MicroDamper and then I still need the fan, servo and connections.) as does any hub I have tried.

Does anyone else sell a "ready to go" option?
