S Steven A TVWBB Super Fan Feb 5, 2012 #1 Used my CyberQ II for the first time yesterday. Did a relatively small boston butt, and it was great. This was the first time I smoked without water in the pan. Had a much thicker bark that didn't get mushy while wrapped in the cooler for 4 hours.
