I must say, weber has the best customer service. I love my searwood 600. been cooking for a year now. Had a couple of hiccups. But customer service was fast and quick and under warranty, so ,I got parts free.
Nothing big just small stuff. But they were very happy to help me out and get me grilling again.

Personally this is the best grill yet. I only owned 3 grills. All weber. First the22" kettle, never can go wrong with it. Second one was a genesis gold series, 21 years each of t bem. Last and the best searwood 600.this thing is a beast of a bbq.

Good to hear. I've only had to call a couple of times, about a gasser, and both calls were many years ago.

One call resulted in a no-questions-asked new shroud/lid to replace one that got rusty deep into the warranty. The most impressive thing was it was on a weekend, and they answered the phone right away with, "Thank you for calling Weber. This is Jessica in {American city}. How can I help you?" How refreshing.

On the other one, I hoped for a similar experience, but the lady was like, "We have that part. It'll be $$. How would you like to pay?" Oh, well. You can't get everything for free. :)
