So it's been a pretty crappy day for me. (long story). Anyway had a physical therapy appt today and Costco is close by. So, since I had scripts ready and needed a couple other things. While there I see they have fresh "take and bake" pizzas. So, I grabbed a Margherita and decided to do it on the Member's Mark. 425, total time about 14 min on the upper rack. Wow! DARN good pizza. Very pleasantly surprised and the little MM did an outstanding job. Great crispy crust, everything perfectly cooked. Definitely will be a repeat purchase and cook for us!
