Costco boneless pork loin 6.5lb vac pack

so I picked one of those long vac pack pork loins tonight for a cook tomorrow, was going to grill or possibly do it on the rotisserie, has anyone ever cooked one of these? also should I just marinate it overnight or would injecting it and then rubbing it work better. will be the first time I have ever done one so any help would be appreciated.
 
Pork loin is a lean meat, I brine for 4-6 hours & find it helps.
(simple 4/4/4 brine , 4 cups water,1/4 cup kosher salt,1/4 cup sugar)
I cook loins to about 135-140F & rest .
 
I've bought them to cut into chops and roasts, made Canadian bacon from them, etc. Great piece of meat. If you grill it then definitely brine.
 
thanks for the info, I guess I will cut it up and make a couple of roasts and some chops and brine one. have you ever injected one?
