CORN-JAMIE PURVIANCE


 
I've cooked corn on the cob several ways, some on the grill, but the other night we took them and after shucking, rubbed them down with semi-melted butter, salt and pepper, and put right on the upper grate of the Smokefire at 400F for 15 min. Best corn on the cob that I have ever had.
