I'm, not doing math on a Sunday, but the more I look at it, a gust straight on above 40 mph might put it in the neighbors yard.

I have a 6' x 8' gabled metal gazebo I keep my WSM and kettles under.
I have that Tapconed to the concrete.
That thing would need some precautions with it.
