cooking two different meats at one time

hi everyone in bbq land,i'm a newbie at this stuff so bare with me.i'm gonna be getting a wsm 22 1/2 with a cyber q i want to cook two meats at one time,one on the top rack one on the bottom rack do i have to use two pit probes or one

Hi James -

Only 1 pit probe is really necessary -- positioned at grate level (I would suggest top grate). You can use multiple meat probes (1 probe in each piece of meat in the thickest part so the probe does not touch a bone).
