Finished teaching summer school today. Time to clear out the freezer using the Weber gas grill:
Pork Roast - 1.5 lb. pork loin marinated for 2 hours with:
1 clove garlic - pressed
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp McCormick's Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
juice of 1 lime.
Really tasty.
3 chicken wings marinated for 1 hour:
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Pickapeppa sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil.
This one is a keeper. Have never used Pickapeppa sauce in a marinade, but it does have a nice flavor.
Also grilled some potatoes and onions from the garden. Sorry there are no pictures, but we were hungry.
