DH made this about 3 weeks ago. When I read the recipe, it sounded so good, I asked DH to make enough for two. (I usually have shrimp when he has steak). Glad I did, it turned out to be very delicious. He served it as a nice steak salad.
Citrus Island Spice Marinade
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 TB. orange juice
1 TB. lemon juice
1 TB. lime juice
1 TB. finely chopped jalapeno peppers
1 TB. olive or vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. allspice
14 tsp. salt
Your favorite beef steak(s)
For Marinade: Combine all ingredients except steak(s). In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 2/3 cup marinade over steak(s); turn to coat. Cover or close bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
Remove steaks, discarding marinade. Grill or broil, turning occasionally, brushing frequently with refrigerated marinade, until medium rare to medium doneness. Makes 1 cup marinade
