Chipotle Brisket Rub

So I am trying my first brisket this weekend. This is what I have come up for a rub searching the internet. It is a mix of a few different ones. But I had 2 tablespoons of Chipotle powder left and used in place of some of the Paprika.

2 tablespoons Chipotle powder
3 tablespoons Paprika
2 tablespoons Garlic Salt
1 tablespoon Salt
4 tablespoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon dried Parsley
1 tablespoon dried Onion flakes
1/2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 tablespoon ground Cumin
1/4 tablespoon dried Oregano

Any suggestions, additions? I already have a batch of this mixed up.

Brian, I like some fresh(not used) coffee grounds on the brisket. I good strong coffee like Starbucks will do.

Hey I'm wondering how this rub worked out for you. Thinking thyme and/or oregano might be good to replace the parsley----more flavor.
