Chilean Sea Bass on the Ninja tonight.

Even though the weather is perfect for me to fire up one of the real pellet grills or even the Wolf, when it comes to doing this fish the little Ninja truly excels. Nothing in my arsenal does a better job with it.
Marinated with some EVOO, garlic powder, thyme, oregano, sea salt finely ground black pepper and zest of a lemon. Mouth watering. Not sure if wife will get any :D
