Does anyone know of any basic temperature reader, that might be compatible with Weber probes? I’m looking for something indoors without any bells and whistles.
I like to take the meat off the grill and let it rest in a faux cambro (room temp cooler with a towel). I’d like to be able to monitor the temp as the meats rest without inserting a new probe and instead using the Weber probe already in the meat and simply connect it to an alternate temperature reader. Ideally battery powered...
Tons of products out there. Some as low as $12. I’d rather not spend $49 on the Weber iGrill mini just for monitoring temperatures in a cooler before serving
