I'm set to do a couple of pork shoulders (butts) on my OTG tomorrow. The meat is rubbed and waiting in the fridge. Thought I'd lay my charcoal this PM and get started a o-dark-thirty tomorrow. I want to cook them low and slow and thought I'd use the charcoal ring method. It's been awhile since I did this; so I thought I ought to recheck my plan by looking here for pics and advice, but my search foo is bad today and I cannot find a thread.
