Went back to my tried & true formula for fried turkey in the oil less turkey fryer:
Injected 14 lb. bird the night before:
Dusted with Cajun Shake and placed in TBE this morning:
Bird out after 2 3/4 hours:
Bird resting. Internal temp 167*:
Partially carved. One of the legs fell apart while carving:
One of the best yet. Juicy and done to a turn.
