Camping with the Jumbo Joe

Spent the weekend camping on Lake Lanier here in N GA. Weather was perfect. Cooked every meal on the JJ but only got pics of a couple. Did country style boneless ribs with blues hog raspberry chipotle sauce one night and pulled beef with onions and peppers, rough mashed cheese potatoes, and corn on the cob. Did brownies and smores waffle cones for the kids but the lighting was horrible on the smores shot. Lots of drinking and cooking and the kids loved their first real camping trip.

Everything looks great, but those smores cones are going to the top of my list. My 14 year old very artistic daughter just volunteered to make grill cone holders out of the heavy wire she has for sculpturing.
