Cajun Grommetts

I am going to get the 3/8" grommets for my WSM so I can use my Maverickt ET-732 with them but have a question for everyone.

Where did you install your grommets? Did yousimply enlarge the hole for the rack supports or did you mount them elsewhere? And why? I have read a few opinions but they seem scattered on various thread.

If you look on the Cajun site, it has a drawing showing the recommended hole locations.

They are about one inch to either side of the rack support screws. Please keep in mind this is what they are saying and not necessarily written in stone. Mine arrived yesterday and if it would ever stop raining, I'll be installing them.

I may just enlarge the holes that are already there for the bracket support bolts and use the grommets there. Figure it will be easier to enlarge a hole than to drill a new one. Not 100% sure....waiting on the grommets and 2 new ranch handles to install!
