Buying Parts.

I am sure this has been asked before, but if I search for "buying parts" every other thread comes up as a result for mentioning "buying parts". Not surprising I guess. In any case, I need to buy some parts for my Genesis EP-320. Is there somewhere I should go for the best prices? I have been to Weber, appliancefactoryparts.com, and ereplacementparts.com. They were the only three I found that sells frame parts. Interesting that parts directly from Weber are less expensive than the two "discount" sites. Thanks.

If you are looking for parts that Weber has for sale and in stock, I would just go with them. Weber is probably less expensive because it is their parts and there is no middle man. There service and help is next to none. I can still get most parts from them for my 96 Genesis 1000. Try doing that with any other company. They stand behind their products and are quite helpful.

Thanks. I appreciate the input. Unfortunately, my in-ground sprinkler broke and was shooting water up the back of the grill at 3am for months before I realized what was going on. Time for some new frame sections.

In that case, if the Weber or the others don't have the parts, then you could try Craigslist and find a unit that needs a lot of work but the frame is good and cannibalize for parts. Just a thought.

Here's something I learned the hard way, if you get the weber part number you can look it up on home depot, and they seem to have the same prices as Weber direct, but if you get the part shipped to the HD store you can get free shipping and save the $7 that Weber charges for shipping.
