Buying a Weber from a pallet liquidation warehouse

Anyone have any experience buying a Weber grill (or any major appliance) from a pallet liquidation warehouse? I’d never heard of them until I watched a YouTube video by Trendkill BBQ where he reviewed a brand-new Weber Genesis II S-335 that he bought from a pallet sale for around $100. Those grills run $1,049 on Weber’s website. He said it was missing a couple parts that didn’t affect operation but he did a walk around and cook and it looked good. I’m looking for a new grill for my cabin and found several ads on Facebook Marketplace by one of these warehouses for new in-the-box Summit S-470s and S-670s for less than $1,200. These run $2,100 and $2,749 on Weber’s website. The company’s website says they sell overstock, discontinued and returned merchandise that they have purchased from major retailers. I’d think this would be too good to be true if I hadn’t watched Trendkill’s video since he seems to be a no BS guy. Biggest question I have is can you register these with Weber and get the warranty? If not, I probably wouldn’t take a chance. The company is also about a 6 hour drive for me.

I bought a Masterbuilt 560 through one of those stores. Box had big gouges in it, but content was 100% intact. Paid half of MSRP
